These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of assessmentprephub.com and the guides, practice tests, reports, accounts, digital products, and related services provided by AssessmentPrepHub (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you purchase a digital product, the Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and the product information shown before checkout also form part of the agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are and what the Service does

AssessmentPrepHub is an independent assessment-preparation resource. We provide educational guides, original practice questions, timed practice experiences, explanations, and practice-performance reports. Current coverage and available products are described on the site; references to resources in development do not promise a launch date.

AssessmentPrepHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wonderlic, Criteria Corp, Predictive Index, SHL, or any assessment publisher or employer. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the assessments people are preparing for. We do not provide actual, recalled, leaked, or confidential employer test content.

Eligibility and accounts

You may browse public educational content without an account. Some features may require an account and verified email address.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that bypasses a product's access limits.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. A person who is not legally able to make a purchase must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Free and paid services

Some content may be free and other content may require payment or credits. Before checkout, the applicable offer should identify the product, price, currency, included features, access period or usage allowance, and whether the charge is one-time or recurring.

We will not treat a product as a subscription or automatically renew it unless the checkout clearly says so and you expressly authorize the recurring charge. Taxes and currency conversion, when applicable, may be calculated by the payment provider or added as shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed through an available payment method. We may use third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply to the transaction. We may delay or decline access when a payment is incomplete, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or linked to misuse.

Digital access and delivery are described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited still apply.

Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for lawful assessment preparation, subject to these Terms and any product-specific limits.

You may not:

• copy, republish, sell, license, or distribute a substantial part of our question bank, explanations, reports, design, or software;
• scrape, crawl, bulk download, probe, or automate access in a way that extracts content, circumvents limits, burdens the Service, or ignores technical instructions;
• share purchased credentials, resell access, or use one purchase for multiple people when the offer is for individual use;
• reverse engineer or interfere with security, scoring, entitlement, payment, or account systems;
• submit malware, unlawful material, or information that violates another person's rights;
• impersonate another person, use a fraudulent payment method, or abuse a refund or chargeback process;
• use the Service to obtain or distribute recalled, leaked, or confidential questions from a live employer or publisher assessment; or
• use our content to misrepresent an official result or cheat in an active assessment.

Reasonable use of public pages by conventional search engines is not prohibited by this section.

Original content and intellectual property

The Service's original text, question wording, explanations, visual design, reports, code, and brand assets are owned by AssessmentPrepHub or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Assessment names and third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Reference to a mark does not claim ownership or endorsement. You may link to public pages and quote short portions as permitted by law with clear attribution, but you may not reproduce a paid product or substantial collection without written permission.

Practice results and no outcome guarantee

AssessmentPrepHub scores and reports describe performance on AssessmentPrepHub practice material. They are not official test scores, psychometric diagnoses, intelligence assessments, employment decisions, or guarantees of a particular result.

Employers and publishers may change formats, use different versions, compare candidates with different groups, or apply decision rules they do not disclose. Preparation can improve familiarity, pacing, and strategy, but we do not promise that you will pass an assessment, reach a target score, receive an interview, obtain a job, or gain admission.

Accuracy and educational disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep material useful and to distinguish sourced facts from independent advice. Assessment information can change, and errors can occur. Verify material instructions in the invitation or official information supplied for your actual assessment.

The Service is educational and does not provide legal, employment, psychological, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use a practice report as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. When a change materially affects purchased access, we will use reasonable efforts to provide the purchased value, an appropriate replacement, account credit, or another remedy required by our policies or law.

We may correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors before accepting an order. If we cannot provide an accepted purchase as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, payment systems, intellectual property, or legal obligations, including for fraud, account sharing, scraping, security attacks, or material breach of these Terms.

Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations—continue after termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated. We do not exclude warranties or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AssessmentPrepHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Service, loss of opportunity, an employer's decision, or reliance on an unofficial practice result. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator and your transaction, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us with a clear description and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a regulator, small-claims process, or other right that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, business model, or law. The updated date will appear above. A material change will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise, and we will provide additional notice when reasonably required. The terms presented and accepted at checkout continue to govern the relevant purchase to the extent they conflict with a later change.
